Blackmore's Night es una banda de folk renacentista creada por Candice Night y Ritchie Blackmore (si! si! el famoso Ritchie Blackmore guitarrista de Deep Purple y creador con Ronie James Dio de Rainbow), donde cultivan un folk renacentista muy pero muy excelente y pegajoso, ocupando instrumentos de la epoca como Laud, Bandurria, Violines, Chanter, Shawm, rauschpfeife, entre otros.
El grupo actúa en ferias y festivales renacentistas y medievales. También hace conciertos en solitario en locales característicos ambientados con su estilo.Así, hacen giras por castillos de Europa, donde tocan en ambientes históricos, para una audiencia a menudo vestida de época, como la gira realizada "Castle and dreams" (castillos y sueños).
